RawSoundStudio - Alpha Framework to handle Sound-Files

RSS is another sound-file format (don't use it and complain that
there is another format) :-) which is meant to be simple to read
and write in the spirit of NETPBM toolkit. Only few command-line
prgs have been written, most code is in alpha-stage and source-
code hasn't been cleaned-up truly, so, receive it AS-IT-IS.
